Hi Sanjanaa, From our main page, click on "Downloads" located on the left-side menu. This will direct you to our downloads server where you may click on "Human" then "Annotation database". The TFBS conserved data is located here: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/tfbsConsFactors.txt.gz
