Then you can host your domain at a DNS provider (xname.org is free and really easy to use). All you need to do is to declare an A record with a name pointing to your IP address, then add an MX for your domain pointing on the name, ie.: mail.mydomain.tld. IN A 11.22.33.44 mydomain.tld.
