Oh, there's something I forgot to mention that makes the first example stupid:if someone *does* find your livecd, if you set crypt_silent=1 (from bug 174294), all you have to do is boot the cd without the keyfile.
It'll enter a shell quietly with no bad files on sight, and you can therefore justify to not so tech savy opressed policeman why some files on your cd look weird.
