We still need to decide upon the exact implementations of backporting 
etc. I would think that we would support at least a year of releases 
with security backports. This will however be a thing for the long run 
and will be announced at the time.

We are not yet at the endpoint with more static releases, but we strive 
to be a good distro for people with a need for stability too.
