Since I'm running vserver on production servers, i'll have to develope it, so

I just talked to SeJo about the vserver-sources, and he told me if noone 
maintains it, i just should start doing it, and so i did, and commited the 
sys-kernel/vserver-dev-sources-1.9.3.17 ebuild. i renamed it from 
vserver-sources to vserver-dev-sources because it's a 2.6 based ebuild.
Though i have no machines running with 2.4 i'll try to do vserver-sources with 
2.4 kernel as well, just need to get some machine for testing...
