And it's not only the package, but also it's dependencies (it should not
depend on a ~ARCH package). And it should also be rather bugfree at the
moment.
If you (not you ciaranm) believe that the package really can be included in
the ARCH, contact the maintainer (see the metadata.xml file accompanying the
package) or herd repeatedly (for the main arch, mostly x86) or the
architecture folks for the non-main archs.
