Should it? Not all athlons have 3dnowext after all. > sys-kernel/development-sources:ultra1 - If you have a SUN Ultra 1 with a HME > interface > sys-kernel/gentoo-dev-sources:ultra1 - If you have a SUN Ultra 1 with a HME > interface > sys-kernel/gentoo-sources:ultra1 - If you have a SUN Ultra 1 with a HME > interface > sys-kernel/sparc-sources:ultra1 - If you have a SUN Ultra 1 with a HME > interface (?) Same argument as ultra1, but according to the functionality that vanilla provides, this should probably stay local, too. Even if I want a vanilla kernel, I may not want a vanilla mutt. This reminds me of something else. Since local flags are not intended to be set globally, maybe portage should issue a warning if a local flag is set in make.conf. -- *> Georgi Georgiev *> When a fellow says, "It ain't the money *> <* [EMAIL PROTECTED] <* but the principle of the thing," it's the <* *> +81(90)6266-1163 *> money. -- Kim Hubbard *>
