Yeah, that's one of the few packages that need to be migrated to the new 
apache-module and depend.apache eclasses; once the skunkweb maintainer 
updates the ebuilds, the local apache1 USE flag can go blasto. :-)

There was a discussion on this list a while back about this, iirc, and the 
outcome was something like "use the 'doc' USE flag, that's what it's 
for.." (/me hopes I'm not imagining that ;-)

Is that correct?  If not, the 'doc' USE flag would still fit, imo.. :)

With some of the .NET-related packages, it might be worth using a more generic 
USE flag, e.g. 'dotnet', as the bindings (assemblies) they create should be 
runnable on any runtime/framework, by nature.
