This is to serve as a warning to all users that dev-java/sun-j2sdk is deprecated and is being removed from the tree unless someone has an objection to this. It will be removed on Sunday unless there arrises a reason to keep it.
The current version in portage has been package.mask'ed as it contains security flaws. Its license forbids anyone who has touched it to contribute to other JVMs. Keeping that in mind, if someone wishes to take over managing this package please speak up now.
