Some KDE modules can work with older kdelibs (IIRC kdepim 3.4 officially works with kdelibs 3.3, although some functionality is then unavailable), some can't. With CVS i would like to compile KDE_3_4_BRANCH (for example), not HEAD I think it's will be great if the package version will be depended on build time i.e. i have kdenetworks-kopete-cvs-3.4 (or may be USE='cvs' kdenetworks-kopete-3.4?) and then i build it (18 feb 2005) it builds as kdenetworks-kopete(-cvs)-3.4.r20050218 Or it's inpossible now with current portage?
