It's a thing called "editing" and it is still usually done by humans
(with a broad exception for modern day newspapers/sites). I don't see
how a script would help make summaries more legible.

I consider that every single time. It's part of the editing thing.

Maybe people should simply stop *complaining* and attempt to communicate
properly and filter signal/noise themselves. When you deem a message to
be free of content, then just dismiss it. Don't whine about it.
