Firstly I'm sorry about the double post (little problem with the list). Secondly I read the how-to and I do have some questions. The how-to and I agree that the handbook is the single most important piece of documentation so I'm going to start there. I downloaded the latest English documentation and set it up on my box. The handbook seems to be in the handbook directory but what's in the drafts directory? Do I need to translate them as well? Do I just translate all of the text parts of all of the files in there?
