Firstly I'm sorry about the double post (little problem with the list). 
Secondly I read the how-to and I do have some questions. The how-to and I 
agree that the handbook is the single most important piece of documentation 
so I'm going to start there. 

I downloaded the latest English documentation and set it up on my box. The 
handbook seems to be in the handbook directory but what's in the drafts 
directory? Do I need to translate them as well? Do I just translate all of 
the text parts of all of the files in there? How accurate do the documents 
have to be in terms of wording (if the meaning is accurate)?
