I don't think the Cat6 standard has been finalized, so there is some
variation in cables sold as "Cat6". Also, 5e will support Gb Ethernet.
That said, I'd go with Cat6 since the difference in cost is pretty
small, especially compared to the labor of pulling wiring in a building.
