Strange. There has been at least two guys on the forum who broke because
of this. If you followed the how-to exactly you'd need to add domiains
to the main.cf manually. Maybe eliminating that sql call is enough to
keep things working.
That's probably it. I have been adding the virtual domains to my main.cf. I
didn't know that it wasn't necessary.
