I saw on the site there's a section for using Gentoo on the desktop, but
haven't found really detailed stuff about using it as a server. I know
you can just emerge what you need, configure it and go, but I'm thinking
of instructions, or even scripts that would ask what you want to install
and emerge and configure. I'd be willing to help if there's someone
already doing something like this.
