Another thing that may eleviate the load would be archiving past posts, or is this already done? If so some pointers to them would help! If a link was given somwhere (pref. on the gentoo sidebar or mailing list page) I know I would be consulting that first on a number of the little problems gentoo has thrown at me. I guess archiving it all forever would take up quite a bit of space, so how about just storing it for a few months?
