Well it appears I've successfully prelinked my entire system I just built (1.4 RC2) and I was wondering if I could prelink openoffice since I built it from scratch instead of using the -bin build).
It took almost as long to built openoffice as it did to build KDE 3.1! About 11 hours. I'm hoping to get some added benifit of prelinking it. Will I? I've noticed a marked improvement in system response time in KDE and Gnome since prelinking. Thanks in advance for your help. Robert -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
