A doddle.  There are two ebuilds, one for the kernel (you can use 
2.4.20-xfs_pre6 instead if you like) and one for win4lin.  Once installed 
and registered there is an on-line installer for upgrades.  There is 
plenty of help provided.

I multiboot and have win98.  Win4Lin can use your native windows drives 
but it is based on a fake C: drive in your home directory.
