While I agree, I think there is also a preventative aspect as well, as
I've seen some pretty rude banner ads, and while I agree that pretty
much any kid can get around any filter and see anything they want
(satire article related to this btw: http://bbspot.com/News/2000/11/challenge.html),
I think that it's nice to be able to try to keep the porn from being
RIGHT IN YOUR FACE if you know what I mean.
