OK...first problem I see is you seem to be missing
 /usr/src/linux/include/linux/modversions.h
and for some reason the compiler is not including asm/page.h

I would try running a make menuconfig and then a make dep then repeat
the emerge nvidia-kernel, and see if that cleans up some of these undeclared
funcs....
