See that is another thing that confused me I used the memtest86 and let it
run overnight, no errors were found.  However I am still suspecting the ram,
the person that had the moboard and processor before me ran it fine with no
errors using different ram.

I believe that the installation CD's come with memtest86.  If rc3/rc2
does not work for you, you may want to use that overnight to check your
ram.
