well lets se, mabybe I would like to have my testing area at the same level as 
the one I'm testing it against, apart for not moving on is, apache 2.x is not 
stable enough and not good enough suported by other progs (please not flame 
me)

and mysql 3x is for varius of inhouse programs. which haven't been fixed 
and/or tested on 4x.
