it's a known problem, just seems that a some don't experience it. I
didn't on my first geforce2, system was working fine under redhat, I
went and bought a dual head geforce2, swapped cards, and that was all it
took.

Only one way I've found to cure it in 2 years of trying / watching
others try.

works just fine, your vga= will need a different setting that's all
