Hi,
This just started happening today. I've never had much problem with
Mozilla browsing standard pages. The only 'major' change on my network
would be an upgrade of some LinkSys firmware in my little hardware
firewall in the last day or so.

I have two machines sitting side by side on the same IP subnet. Both
are using fixed IP addresses and both are pointing at the same name
servers:

1) Athlon XP 2600 - Gentoo+Mozilla - 192.168.1.26
2) Athlon XP 1600 - Win XP_IE6 - 192.168.1.30

On each machine I point the browser to www.yahoo.com. Mozilla refuses
to load the whole page, or when it does it takes a long long time. I
think some of it might be advertising that's stalled, but it isn't
stalled on the XP machine. On the XP machine I can browse thsee pages in
seconds. In the time it's taken to write this email the Mozilla page
still hasn't come up!

I've never had problems like this!

Can anyone suggest what's possibly gone wrong and what to do about
it?

Thanks,
Mark
