Well, maybe I need to file the bug then... I was sick of trying about 20 different ways to compile gcc -r6 from -r3.. so I injected r6 and it autocleaned r3...
So, I had to figure out real quick how to compile it.. It all works now, but thats what happened to me. -----Original Message----- From: Zack Gilburd [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, August 22, 2003 2:24 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [gentoo-user] apache 1.3.28 On Friday 22 August 2003 12:20 pm, Jeffrey Smelser wrote: > You should really watch injecting things.. Uh, if portage cleaned out packages because a newer version was injected, then that's a bug. That is not supposed to happen because injecting is a common solution to "I don't want to upgrade this package because it's HUGE and they're is nothing wrong with the version I am using"-syndrom. -- Zack Gilburd http://tehunlose.com GnuPG Key ID: A79A45668240AB6C -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
