Which fonts are these? As far as I know xft is built in in XFree (the later versions anyway) so it probably delivers some fonts by it self... If there's some other fonts which is not delivered with XFree then you'll probably have to unmerge the packages they came from to get rid of them (qpkg -f /path/to/font/file).
