Thx, so i did it right the first time. Found out, that somehow the
gentoo.bin on c:\ was damaged and couldn�t be removed/repalced...
BUT now i get another error about "system32\hal.dll" missing/corrupted
after i selected Gentoo to boot... 
I saw in the forum, that the problem is not new, but couldn�t find a
solution...
