Ok i have used the /vmware-config.pl, i have had vmware working and
have 3 guest operating systems installed on my gentoo box. i recently
had an upgrade i saw for vmware. now when i stop the services of vmware
to reset the config file. i get what you see below. Is there a simple
way to kill the virtual ethernet section on vmware?

So i can restart it and get the config file to take.
