Whoa, at last I made it. This is what I did:
* Created the /etc/portage/package.mask file (and *.unmsk)
* ebuild /usr/portage/dev-perl/ExtUtils-MakeMaker/ExtUtils-MakeMaker-6.05-r6.ebuild
 merge && ExtUtils-MakeMaker
* emerge razor
That's it! Small things, big efforts...:-|
