I just installed Gentoo on my laptop w/o any troubles, but when going to boot for the first time, it hangs at:

<right after detecting CPU>
mtrr: v1.40 (20010327) Richard Gooch ([EMAIL PROTECTED])
mtrr: detected mtrr type: Intel
ACPI: Subsystem revision 20021122
PCI: PCI BIOS revision 2.10 entry at 0xfd87b, last bus=2
PCI: Using configuration type 1
   ACPI-0511: *** Info: GPE block0 defined as GPE0 to GPE63

During the install I configured the kernel with 'genkernel --config', and chose ACPI and not APM.

If it matters, this is a HP ze4630 laptop.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Aaron
