Just get your current .config and follow the procedure I outlined in a previous post. If you have any questions, just ask. Building your own kernel is trivial once you have been through the steps once. Ask questions, if you need more info. Note that Ciaran has recommended using sparc-dev-sources-2.6.2_rc2.
