The only thing that has been somewhat problematic for me is that OpenAFS still does not work with 2.6. I don't need it always, so it's not been a showstopper, but from the discussion in the openafs lists, it looks like it might be a while before it's ported. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say about 2.6.
