I've been working on the design for an entire EMS system (dispatch, vehicle 
maintenance, scheduling, etc.)  The design still has a ways to go before I 
can start coding.  I'm afraid that I'm still quite a bit of time away myself.

If there are any programmers with some time to kill, I'd be more than happy to 
set a sourceforge project with the specs (such as they are).  I have no 
problem incorporating parts of other projects, as long as they are open 
source.
