You did not? So, this must be your first reboot since installing gentoo.
Repeat chapter 7 from the installation guide at http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gentoo-x86-install.xml, chroot as described in chapter 8 and edit /etc/fstab as described in chapter 15.
Feel free to ask again if any problem occurs.
