Muahaha! A victim of qt vs kdelibs-3.1.4 blockage. I was frustrated for a while with this. I don't really know where to look or how to help you (why does building kde-3.2 fail?) but I can say that I now have qt-3.3, kde-3.2, and I unmerged kde-3.1.5, but now it's showing up on my emerge -u world -- it wants to install kdelibs-3.1.5 again.
