I asked them and indeed confirmed that they do not use the SA bayesian filter, they replied that they are worried if false positives will make users angry. There point is that it is better from a ISP point of view to allow a few spams to get in rather then labling genuine email as spam and incurring the users wrath.
But he also confirmed that they are running a test server which indeed is running spam assasins bayesian filter mode and that the results are better with more spam being caught. But he also mentioned that there are some false positives (normal mail marked as spam) and thats why they are delaying putting it in to action till they can train it properly.
