Recently, when I get into KDE (3.3.2), there is no startup sound. When I start a sound app. from the command line I get server status: busy message in the terminal window. If I cocontinue to use an app producing sound I eventually get a dialog saying:
Sound server fatal error: cpu overload, aborting If I go into the control panel and stop then restart the sound server, everything is OK. What is going on here??? It only seems to have started with I upgraded to KDE 3.3.2. -- [email protected] mailing list
