I've read it all, it tells me about bttv, It tells me what cards are
compatible and what are not. However what I need is instructions of how to
compile it, load it, enable it and get it working.

I know I have to include it when I compile a kernel but how, please tell me
how to do this in plain English.

People keep telling me I have to compile the bttv module into my kernel, I
have no idea whatsoever how to do that, it is not there. One web site told
me it is a default module in allkernels... Not in mine, I can't find it.

Everything else I've managed to do or find the relevant files the Docs tell
me I need. I have no bttv option anywhere that the Docs tell me it should
be in.
