While I agree, I have to say that there are certain limits. When someone writes: "is'st is gud if u ppl make an installation program 4 gentoo like" (which is actually hard to read and understand on first reading even ignoring the hackeresque spelling silliness and grammatical errors) I think people have a genuine reason to complain. -- support n. After-sale handholding; something many software vendors promise but few deliver. To hackers, most support people are useless -- because by the time a hacker calls support he or she will usually know the software and the relevant manuals better than the support people (sadly, this is not a joke or exaggeration).
