See my other response in this thread for why I chose not to copy the menus over. It can be done, but last I checked, dvdunauthor isn't reliable. I need dvdunauthor to behave predictably before I can use it for extraction. After that, it's easy. Any other method I've looked at is just too convoluted to be stable.
