emerge -p -f kde works better, it gives you the URLs of the files it will
download.

The bttv drivers are in the kernel, it would appear they weren't enabled
by genkernel. You could run genkernel --menuconfig and enable them in the
usual way. Or you could build the kernel manually with the standard "make
menuconfig && make && make modules_install && make install".
