First, doom3 runs with 128mb versions too. And if you play the game with 
highest quality, every 5200 ansd 5500, 5600 will be overwelmed. 


If you want to play d3 with extreme details, you'll need a fx6*00, but that 
was not the question.

And a fx5200 with 256 mb is just a waste of ressources.
