Following yesterdays post, I upgrade to the 2005.0 profile and I then upgraded xorg to 6.8.2. Seems everything is working perfectly as I type this email. I myself am not against binary drivers, especially the nvidia binary drivers, they've been pretty stable and mature. AMD64 isn't something too bleeding edge now, and we've got pretty good support for them. If I run into any trouble, I'll let you know. HTH -- Joe -- Money can't buy everything.
