qfile --orphans needs to take input a filename.
So to go through your system looking for all orphaned files, you do
something like
find / -exec qfile -o '{}' \;
... which will produce a load of output that you don't want. So best
to (1) restrict to smaller subdirectories (instead of /, do
/usr/lib/perl5), and (2) redirect the output to disk.
