May be DeadBeeF will suit your needs? I'm using it almost as is but it can be well configured to look similarly to your screenshot. But you will need to configure it yourself to look like screenshot. It has lyrics plugin and can be used with both GTK2 and GTK3. About analog of KRunner I don't know even what is this...
