I usually have that happen when they are doing KDE updates.  I wait
until the next day and it is usually fixed.  I subscribe to the kde
announcement mailing list and get a email when they do a release.  I
generally wait until the next day at least to sync but on rare occasion
I still hit it at the wrong time. 

I wouldn't be surprised if some of us sync and hit the tree at a bad
time quite often but it just affects packages we don't use. 

Maybe next time I need to wait a couple weeks before posting about it,
just to be sure.  o_O
