Just thought of something. When I lock my screen, the alt key is in that sequence too. Interesting. Maybe it is not my keyboard either. I may have to go dig out another keyboard and test the theory. Dale :-) :-) P. S. I've had emerge -e world fix issues in the past too. Weird how that works. :/
