Looks like a typo. I got:

  349.6462 mm × 165.6207 mm

with:

  $ bc <<<'scale=4; ppi=276.05; cx=3800; inch=25.4; cx / ppi * inch'

Argh, my bad. Ignore the calculation above and in my previous reply. I’m 
wrong because I used 3800 px instead of 3200 px. Sorry for the noise.
