That's because it doesn't do anything. /sbin/rc (well, /lib/rc-scripts/addons/udev-start.sh) now handles hotplug appropriately for the kernel version. Or at least this is true with baselayout-1.12.0_pre11-r3 and udev-077-r3 -Richard -- [email protected] mailing list
