It's a warning, not an error.  It can be ignored.

You still have kde-3.4 stuff installed while using 3.5?  Find it all 
and remove it.  Especially kdepaths-3.4 from /etc/env.d/, then run 
env-update, and re-login.

How about unsetting PORTDIR_OVERLAY and trying an 'emerge -Du world' 
to see if that cures it?
